One-to-one training allows your trainer to focus on your individual fitness goals and help motivate you to reach those goals with an efficient and progressive training program.

“I would like to personally thank Edie and Geri for all their help in getting me into the physical condition that I am thus far. I am a firefighter in Wayne Township and on 7/11/2011 we experienced a 24 unit condo complex fire to which there was a great material loss but by the grace of God there was no human loss. If it wasn’t for Edie believing in me and pushing me through all the strength, conditioning and balance exercises that she designed for me, I wouldn’t have been able to handle the tough tasks under the most extreme conditions in temperatures exceeding 96 degrees for over 13 hours.
