Why Consider Personal Training?

Many people belong to “general membership” gyms, yet only a few truly know how to accomplish their fitness goals. The majority of these “gym members” mimic what they see others doing, repeatedly perform the same exercises, use incorrect and sometimes dangerous technique, and rarely see the results they long for. Many continue to pay expensive monthly membership dues to gyms they no longer attend.

At High Definition every client first schedules a comprehensive Fitness Assessment. It will include your personal fitness and medical history, weight and measurements, body fat and body mass index analysis, postural assessment, blood pressure, resting heart rate and target zones, cardio-respiratory assessment, and tests for strength, flexibility, and balance. This will give us all the information we need to develop the safest and most effective training program for you.

Every training session will be structured for your optimum performance, based on your personal needs. Your Certified Personal Trainer will use varied types of equipment to develop your strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability, and your workout will consistently be progressed as you accomplish goals at each training level.

Programs

At High Definition PTC we offer many options for personal training including; one-to-one, shared, small group, and Iform. We offer hour and half-hour options.

Our progressive training programs use sound physiological principals and incorporate all the components of fitness (cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, agility, balance and core stability) They include Corrective Exercise, Strength and Conditioning, Sport Specific (Golf, Tennis, etc.), Teen and Senior Fitness, Post Rehabilitation, Weight Loss, and a Multi-Level Osteoporosis Programs.
